REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Unfortunately, the technology available today allows prints to be duplicated with ease. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Items that are final sale aren't eligible for returns.
If your claim is approved, we ask that you follow a few rules when returning an item:
Return your item within 30 days (from the delivery date)
Return the items in the original packaging
Refunds are given in the original payment form.

I THINK MY POSTER IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? We want you to be happy with your order so if you've received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@MrRL.ca. We kindly ask that you send us a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number, receipt copy, name and email address used on the order. We will process your claim after it's been approved. No worries, we’ll take good care of you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
