REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Unfortunately, the technology available today allows art prints to be duplicated with ease. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Some items can’t be returned. For example, items on final sale are not eligible for returns. We want you to be happy with your order so we only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need your item replaced, send us an email with a photograph of the defective or damaged item to ShopMrRL@gmail.com and we will process your claim after it's been reviewed.

If your claim is approved, we ask that you follow a few rules when returning an item:

  • Return your item within 30 days (from the delivery date)

  • Return the items in the original packaging

  • Refunds are given in the original payment form.

  • For international returns, please contact us at ShopMrRL@gmail.com.

I THINK MY POSTER IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? If you think you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at ShopMrRL@gmail.com. We kindly ask that you send us a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number, receipt copy, name and email address used on the order. No worries, we’ll take good care of you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
